Google Chrome Remote Desktop also offers a "Remote Support" feature that allows you to give or receive remote assistance. Here’s how to use it:
### Setting Up Remote Support
#### Step 1: Install Google Chrome (if not already installed)
1. Download and install Google Chrome from [here](https://www.google.com/chrome/).
2. Open Google Chrome and sign in with your Google account.
#### Step 2: Install Chrome Remote Desktop Extension
1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for "Chrome Remote Desktop."
2. Click "Add to Chrome" to install the extension.
3. Confirm the installation by clicking "Add extension."
### Providing Remote Support
#### Step 1: Open Chrome Remote Desktop
1. Open Chrome and go to [Chrome Remote Desktop](https://remotedesktop.google.com/).
2. Click on the "Remote Support" tab.
#### Step 2: Generate Access Code
1. Under "Get Support," click on the "Generate Code" button.
2. A one-time access code will be generated. Share this code with the person who will be assisting you.
#### Step 3: Allow Access
1. Once the other person enters the code on their end, you will receive a notification asking you to allow access.
2. Click "Share" to grant remote access to your computer.
### Receiving Remote Support
#### Step 1: Open Chrome Remote Desktop
1. Open Chrome and go to [Chrome Remote Desktop](https://remotedesktop.google.com/).
2. Click on the "Remote Support" tab.
#### Step 2: Enter Access Code
1. Under "Give Support," enter the access code provided by the person requesting support.
2. Click "Connect."
#### Step 3: Control the Remote Computer
1. Once connected, you can control the other person's computer as if you were sitting in front of it.
2. Use the toolbar at the top of the screen to adjust settings like screen resolution and to send keyboard shortcuts.
### Ending a Remote Support Session
- To end a session, click the "Stop Sharing" button in the toolbar at the top of the screen (on the host's computer).
- The person providing support can also close the Chrome tab or window to end the session.
### Tips for Remote Support
- Ensure both the host and the remote computers have a stable internet connection for the best performance.
- Use the "Remote Support" feature only with people you trust, as it provides full control over your computer.
- Always verify the identity of the person you're sharing your access code with to avoid potential security risks.
By following these steps, you can provide or receive remote support using Google Chrome Remote Desktop effectively and securely.

1. **Visit the AnyDesk Website:**
- Open your web browser and go to [AnyDesk's official website](https://anydesk.com).
2. **Download AnyDesk:**
- On the homepage, you will see a button labeled "Download." Click on it.
3. **Select Your Platform:**
- The website will automatically detect your operating system and offer the appropriate download. For Windows, you’ll see a download button for the Windows version. Click on it to start the download.
4. **Run the Installer:**
- Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file (usually located in your "Downloads" folder). Double-click the file to run the installer.
5. **Follow Installation Instructions:**
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. You can choose to install AnyDesk or run it without installation.
6. **Launch AnyDesk:**
- After installation, you can open AnyDesk from your desktop shortcut or the Start menu. AnyDesk will provide you with your unique AnyDesk address, which you can use to connect to other devices.
## For Mac:
1. **Visit the AnyDesk Website:**
- Open your web browser and go to [ AnyDesk's official website](https://anydesk.com).
2. **Download AnyDesk:**
- Click on the "Download" button on the homepage.

5. **Install AnyDesk:**

6. **Open AnyDesk:**
- Go to your Applications folder and open AnyDesk. Follow any additional on-screen instructions if prompted. You may need to grant AnyDesk necessary permissions in your system preferences for screen recording and accessibility.
7. **Grant Permissions:**
- The first time you open AnyDesk, you might be prompted to allow it to access certain features on your Mac. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant these permissions.
